Real Estate Philosophy
I am one of 12 children. Since I can remember, my parents instilled in us to “…do unto others as you would have them do unto you.” In real estate, I don’t hesitate to share my opinion. Even if I have just met the sellers or buyers for the first time, I treat them as if they are members of my own family. If I would advise my siblings against buying a home with a driveway slanted towards the home or a driveway as steep as Stone Mountain, I recommend them to keep looking.. It’s my responsibility to help them make an informed decision based on facts rather than emotion. Buying a home is the largest financial investment most people will ever make. Sharing statistics on neighboring comparables, recent activity and future projections for the area helps me protect my clients from overpaying for a property.
